CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Conference secretariat by fax to 1 418 658-8850 or via email to reg_isstdrquebec2011@agoracom.qc.ca.

Participants who cancel on or before June 10, 2011, will receive a refund minus an administration fee of $100 CDN. Please note that refunds will be issued after the Conference.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received after June 10, 2010.

If, for any reason, the Conference should be cancelled, ISSTDR Québec 2011 organization will not be responsible for any transportation, hotel or other fees incurred in relation to the registration.
