The rental fee
is:
• $40.00 per square
foot for bookings received up to and including October 31, 2010.
• $45.00 per square foot for bookings received from November
1, 2010.
Floor space is available in units of a minimum of 100 square feet (10
X 10 feet).
The
rental fee excludes construction but includes:
• 2
Exhibitor
Badges per 100 square foot stand
• Listing of you company’s name in the Final Program
• Exhibition Manual
• Daily cleaning of aisles and common areas
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception

INCLUDING SHELL SCHEME STAND CONSTRUCTION |
Exhibitors who do
not wish to construct their own stand may order a shell scheme stand
construction
for an additional charge.
The rental fee including the basic shell scheme stand construction
is:
• $45.00 per square foot for bookings received up to and
including October 31, 2010.
• $50.00 per square foot for bookings received from November
1, 2010.
Basic shell scheme includes:
• 10’ X 10’ stand. Grey Fabric velcro wall (8 feet high back wall
and 3 feet high lateral walls)
• Aluminum truss with identification sign
• 6 feet draped table and 2 chairs
• Grey carpet (10’ X 10’)
• 2 Exhibitor Badges
• Free editorial entry (50 words) in the Final Program
• Exhibition Manual
• Daily cleaning of aisles and common areas
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception

CHARITY AND
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION STANDS

Registered
Charity and Non-Profit Organizations are offered exhibition space at 2
000 $ for a 10 X 10 feet.
Stand fee includes the following services:
• 10’ X 10’ stand. Grey Fabric velcro wall (8 feet high back wall and 3
feet high lateral walls)
