The Internet Café will be located in the heart of the exhibition and poster session hall.
The sponsor will have the following benefits:

• Company may supply additional branded items such as mouse mats. |
Eco-Friendly Event Sponsorship 10 000 $
ISSTDR Québec 2011 will be a Certified Eco-Friendly Event. An exclusive sponsor may be associated with this unique aspect and slogan, published on the Web site as well as in the Final Program: This Eco-Friendly Event has been possible through the support of “Sponsor’s Name or logo”.

Logo on Delegate Lanyards 8 000 $
Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide lanyards displaying their name and logo which will be distributed to delegates with their delegate badges. Sponsor should supply +/- 1 500 lanyards.

6 Coffee Breaks will be served in the Exhibition and Poster Sessions room.

A Message Board located in the Exhibition and Poster Sessions room will operate throughout the Conference.

Exclusive sponsorship of the Conference Bag. Each delegate at the Conference will receive a bag. The sponsor logo will be printed on the front alongside with ISSTDR Québec 2011 logo.

Inserted in the Conference delegate bag, the pads and pens represent a high profile sponsorship item.
Sponsor should supply 1 500 pads and pens.

Poster Sessions 10 000 $
The sponsor’s logo will be printed on all
poster header panels (300 boards). The Sponsor’s logo will be printed on the poster instructions sent to all poster
presenters and an opportunity to offer a sponsor’s best poster prize.

Companies may have a single insert (max.
size: Letter US) inserted into the delegate bag by the organizers.
